Welcome to Chiikawa Puzzle (the "Product"), a puzzle game created by the Chiikawa Puzzle Team ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") outline the rules and conditions for using the Product. By using or accessing the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Product.
By using the Product, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
You understand that Chiikawa Puzzle is a prototype and is provided "as is" and "as available." This means:

We do not guarantee the performance, stability, or ongoing availability of the Product.
Your experience with the Product may not be seamless or error-free.
The Product, including its content, features, and functions (such as graphics, text, audio, and game mechanics), are owned by the Chiikawa Puzzle Team and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to play the Product for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
Reproduce, distribute, modify, create new versions of, display, or share any of the Product's content publicly.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Product.
Remove or change any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Product's materials.
You agree to use the Product only for legal purposes and in a way that aligns with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the Product in a way that breaks any local or international laws.
Interfere with or disrupt the use and enjoyment of the Product by others, or take any action that could harm us or other users.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Product, the server it's on, or any connected systems.
Use automated tools, like bots or spiders, to access the Product for any reason, including copying its content.
Introduce any viruses, malicious code, or other harmful materials.
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE FIXED, OR THAT THE PRODUCT OR THE SERVER IT'S ON ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE CHIIGAWA PUZZLE TEAM, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, AND LOSS OF DATA, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF THE DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Chiikawa Puzzle Team, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Product.
